It has pore size, fast flow rate, excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, smooth and smooth surface, and is insoluble in most organic solvents (except chloroform, dichloromethane, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone) or leaching, does not adsorb protein to ensure the cleanliness of the sample.
